    In WordPress site, I need to define custom CSS class for each menu item.
    Please tell is there any way to do it?

    Yes you can.
    1. Goto WordPress menu page.(Appearance ==> Menu)
    2. Click Screen options button present on top of the page.
    3. Tick the custom CSS option and refresh the page.

    Now you can see custom CSS textbox in each menu item.
    Add style to any menu item as u want.
