Issue is with your Pendrive format. Currently it is in FAT32 format. Because in FAT32, you cannot copy or move a file which is larger than 4GB.

FIX: Format your pendrive with NTFS format

Backup your pendrive data to your system hard drive.
      1. In My Computer, right click the Pendrive and select

    Format..

      1. Choose NTFS in the format option and click

    Format

      button.

Once the format is done, you can able to copy the file which can accommodate within your pendrive’s maximum size.
