I am getting the below exception when trying to submit nominee details in the UAN portal.
Error Code: EPFO-100 Error: I/O error on POST request for "https://epfoauadc.epfindia.gov.in/aua/auth":Connection refused; nested exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

Seems like a temporary issue. I advise not to use government sites during weekends and holidays.
Try to sign out and sign-in and try to submit again.
