I declined the outlook meeting invite several times but still it reappearing in the calendar with the below error.
Exchange Server re-created a meeting that was missing from your calendar.

I have declined the entire series and even deletes the entire series many times.

Follow the below steps to fix it.
- Copy the subject of the meeting invite.
- Search in the inbox with the subject.
- If you see any meeting invite emails in your inbox, then just delete them.
- That's it... 😎
