Issue is with your Pendrive format. Currently it is in FAT32 format. Because in FAT32, you cannot copy or move a file which is larger than 4GB.

FIX: Format your pendrive with NTFS format

  • Backup your pendrive data to your system hard drive.
  • In My Computer, right click the Pendrive and select Format.
  • Choose NTFS in the format option and click Format button.

Once the format is done, you can able to copy the file which can accommodate within your pendrive’s maximum size.
